Ms. Thu Ha graduated from the University of Law, Vietnam National University with Business Law. As a member of Daitin & Associates Co. Ltd., she has been developing her knowledge of intellectual property field, especially in establishing rights for trademarks, industrial designs, utility models and patents in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. She handles availability searches, applications for registrations, responses to office actions, oppositions, renewals and assignments for different types of intellectual property rights.
