Ms. Trang specializes in both national and international intellectual property matters. Her areas of practice encompass all aspects of the intellectual property field, including but not limited to copyright and copyright related rights, industrial property rights (inventions, industrial designs, designs of semi-conducting closed circuits, trade secrets, marks, trade names and geographical indications) and rights to plant varieties. She has very solid expertise in the registration and enforcement of trademark and industrial design in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. She became widely recognized as a versatile and realistic Consultant and works proactively and efficiently under pressure. At Daitin & Associates, she is responsible for the field of counseling on all procedures of Intellectual Property right in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar.
